Together, We're Blooming

If you know me well as a teacher, you’ll have heard me say some things over and over again:

  • We can flourish even during the difficult times, and we develop resilience by lovingly showing up for ourselves through the hard times.

  • Big changes happen through tiny intentional choices.

  • Being hard on ourselves doesn’t really work. What we need is to give ourselves permission to be who we are.

  • We can soothe and ground ourselves by tuning in to our breath.

I truly believe these things, because I’ve experienced them to be true, and I bet you have, too. And I say these things over and over because I learn them repeatedly! We all need to be reminded of the simple truths.

Today I’m excited to share about a project that I’ve put my heart and spirit, and all my creativity and energy into. In fact, it can be difficult for me to explain it clearly, because I get excited and want to say everything at once. Let me try to put it into words.

I want to invite you into a space…

  • Where you’ll find all the best resources that I’ve created, all in one place.

  • Where you can access practices quickly and easily, even on your phone (there’s an app!).

  • Where learning is offered in bite-sized pieces so that you can learn little by little, and return as many times as you’d like.

  • Where there are reminders that you’re ok as you are, the world is full of beauty, and you’re breathing.

  • Where we can practice together and inspire each other!

A membership platform with approachable resources and events for mindfulness, self-discovery, and well-being.

I’d love for you to come and check it out! The “official” launch is on June 1, and the following week, members are invited to participate in our first multi-day "challenge": 7 Days of Meditation, with the option of attending live meditation sessions seven days in a row, or tuning in to the recordings on their own schedule.

That’s how we’re kicking things off, and we’ll continue with monthly events, “Habit Resets” that folks can do together or on their own, and ongoing additions to the library of self-access resources.

I hope you'll join me there!
