In this community, we are intentional and reflective seekers, exploring our complex, beautiful, and imperfect selves. As we get to know ourselves and nourish our spirits, we open to experiencing happiness and wellbeing, we enjoy agency and freedom, and we show up in the world authentically to connect and be of service.
You are on a journey
Flourish & Bloom Collective is a supportive group that meets weekly via Zoom. Through connection, inspiration, practice, and reflection, we invite ourselves and each other to know ourselves more deeply, to love ourselves more completely, and, little-by-little, to grow and transform.
While your journey is yours alone, you don’t have to do it on your own. Being present together can smooth the path and light the way.
How it Works:

Monthly memberships available
We meet weekly on Thursdays at 9:00 - 10:00 am Pacific, for a Zoom call. This weekly call is supplemented with resources shared via our private online group.
Format for each month’s calls:
Week 1: Connection with Self and Others - grounding meditation, council sharing, discussion
Week 2: Inspiration - grounding meditation, discussion of thematic article, video, etc.
Week 3: Practice & Reflection - extended meditation session (or other modality), reflection and journaling, discussion
Week 4: Connection with the Outdoors - audio call outdoors, mindful breathing, walking, sensory activation, nature meditation, council sharing
