The Massage
Enjoy a 30- or 60-minute revitalization massage with Cait Kelso customized for each individual and available exclusively for this series. You will receive a Bioimpedance Analysis from our local essential oils guru, Jenny Mirich, at Sunday's meditation. The results will determine which essential oils will be optimal for you during your massage to enhance equilibrium in your body.
The Juice Feast
Nourish your body on a cellular level with a Juice Feast of 1, 2, or 3 days offered by Katie's Coldpress. Most of us are overfed and undernourished, and loading up on raw juice for 1-3 days (or more) supplies your body with 15-45 pounds of fresh, organic, plant based nutrients. The Meditation Series

We kick off the series with a practice at Integrate with Cait in downtown Monterey. We'll combine gentle movement, mindful walking, and sitting meditation for a practice that nourishes body, mind, and soul.
