Cultivating Friendliness with Yourself (13 Minutes): Often, our high expectations for ourselves can have us view ourselves with self-judgement. In this meditation, practice leaning toward a kinder view of yourself.

Self-Soothing Meditation (10 Minutes): Powerful tools to soothe and calm yourself when we feel tense or stressed are right here within you. Learn and practice the simple tools of caring touch, slow breathing, and peaceful affirmations.

As I View Another (9 Minutes): We often find it effortless to be compassionate toward those we love. In this meditation, practice viewing yourself with the same effortless kindness and acceptance.
