Being with Fear, Acting with Courage
Oh, hi Fear! It’s you again!
Wherever there is challenge, wherever there is a chance to grow, there is a good chance that fear will show up… which means that we’re called to get comfortable with the discomfort of fear, and to find ways of working with fear.
If you know me, you probably know that I feel fear and anxiety quite a bit, and because of this I have been really tuning in to this experience closely for the past few years. I find that meditation, reflection, and journaling are some of my best tools for working with fear and accessing my strengths and my courage.
In this video, I'm sharing some of the best ways that I know of (and use!) for working with fear, for acting courageously in the midst of fear.
