Soothing & Calming
If you're anything like me, there are days when you wake up just… daunted. It feels the time available to you just doesn’t match what you need to do or accomplish, or you just don’t feel up to it.
On days like this, it can feel impossible to meditate. And yet…
If you do take the time, even just a couple of minutes, things can shift inside you.
So it you’re feeling busy, overwhelmed, or jangled today, I see you, I'm with you, and I've got your back. By taking time for this short practice, you offer yourself time to tune in, to calm your body, mind, and heart, to be refreshed. I’m pretty sure that you have time for this. ;) And I’m very sure that you deserve it.
